A Poldice trail known to local XC riders with some optional air time added. The trail starts with a run of jumps, nothing too big, with the option of easily riding around them if you wish. The final, largest, jump does land you in a large puddle when wet, so be warned and keep your weight back. Then you turn back on yourself and there are a few ups and downs with fast runs in and possible step up/jumps out - again depending how aggressively you take them. Finally, there is a drop off down a rocky/scree slope to a flat area below. This then allows you to link up with the Coast to coast trail and then link with other areas including Unity Woods. You can join the trail from Crofthandy.
