The longest and most challenging climb for Jumping Pound Ridge Trail. Considered to be in poor condition since the 2013 floods, and it was pretty rough to start with. Loads of loose rock and root steps. Not too many hikers, but a few horses.

      As soon as you get on the ridge you start encountering snow patches. A few hundred metres from the summit the snow is knee deep and continuous....
