A very steep descent, it's relatively short, but many washed out roots create a very intimidating looking (and scary for most) section, can be descended slowly, if you go fast- beware that you can meet a tree on the exit, very good place to learn comfidence or technical climbing.
It got its name from the xc cup series that took place here several years ago.

A lot of fallen leaves, makes it even more sketchy that it normally is.

The elevation map looks really weird, there is no uphill part of any sort in real life... It's all steep, technical downhill. The beginning is flat, then it steepens.
