The start of the Lame Horse is not great. The tight rocky switch backs from Aspen Grove can be a bit difficult. But most of this trail is fully ride-able up, although a big challenging in spots. Really fun downhill.

This is open to dirtbikes, and is popular in winter as a XC ski trail.

Do not climb this trail. Best to take the road up to the parking lot above and then ride down.
