Las Zetas Details
Perfect trail to practice switch backs. 16 of them in just this trial! Fast paced with tight switchbacks. The trial is not maintained, it is a natural trial. On the valley side there is nothing that stops you from falling, except your skills. The switchbacks aren't marked in any way so over look for them when coming down.
The switchbacks on this trail can vary from one another, as they can very on the weather. There is usually a mix of rocks and loose dirt and maybe a rock wall on the switchbacks. The trial at some points is very narrow by bushes, disabling you from seeing whats ahead.
Please take great caution if riding fast, as you may encounter a hiker or a biker biking upwards. If you are riding down you have priority, this may not be known by everybody on the trail, don't assume everybody knows your priority (Take care and respect). It is very rare to encounter cattle on the trail, if this is the case just walk across them.
The trial ends on a dirt track. Go left and follow the dirt track to get back to San Lorenzo.
The Trail starts on the valley side of a track. The connection between the paved forrestal road and Las Zetas is through this flat track.
