Little Sister is by far the most difficult trail in Woody Hill. It is a trail that is not for everyone. The true distance is 4.29 miles and contains about every conceivable feature for southern Rhode Island from a severe ridge line that if you fail, it is a trip to the ER to stupidly steep rollers. There is a 30' downhill skinny that is 2' to 3' off the ground that finishes with a 2' huck. Multiple double drops and steep punch climbs add to the fun.
You should be at least a very good intermediate skilled rider to attempt this trail. All features are marked with a 'Danger' sign and if it is your first time riding it, do youself a favor and look before riding.
The biggest challenge to this trail is that it is relentless - I do not think it is overly difficult because everything is doable, but it is 4.29 miles of abuse.

I would highly recommend getting off and hiking every feature your first time. Most of them are rollable, but there are some spots where you can get in over your head. I almost broke a toe here.
