Entirely machine built, Flo is a fast trail with many high berms, and tabletops of small to moderate sizes. It's easy to ride slowly, but hard to ride fast unless you have pump and jump skills. This is a great trail to take someone who is starting to do 'real" mountain bike rides, or for the more advanced rider who wants to air it out and go fast.

This trail is super flowy and a must if you are in Stowe You'll probably want to go back up for a few runs.
