A beautiful trail, follows the Nehalem River. Gorgeous forest. Not for kids- punchy climbs. Nothing technical or scary. Steep climbs, sharp turns, huge roots and precarious rocks await. Keep you dog close as I have personally seen cougars and bears on this trail. Come prepared.
