This trail runs roughly parallel to Gun Creek Trail but climbs a hill to pass through Cowboy Camp. The western portion of this trail is a well-beaten route connecting the upper areas of Gun Creek to Spruce Lake via the Mid Grasslands Trail. Southeast from Cowboy Camp, the trail sees less use, passing through several open meadows before reconnecting with the Gun Creek Trail. As with all BC Parks trails, ride with caution and be ready to dismount for horses and give way to hikers or other riders.

NOTE: At the request of Parks, please do not post times to the leader board for this or any Parks trail. Respect this wish and help ensure the experience of riding in the South Chilcotins will be available for years to come.
