 These east trails can be accessed from the south east side of the Lawrence bridge where the trail begins. There is no access to the lake on the south end as the train bridge is too difficult to traverse safely. The locals access these trails often through shallow sections of the creek coming from the West side MTB trails to avoid going up and over the Lawrence bridge.

 Entrance from Lawrence is overgrown. You can make it part way through but eventually fallen trees and pointy bushes get in your way
