Really fun trail that has a little bit of everything on it. Fast and flowy, exposure, and technical rocky sections. There's one hike a bike, but everything else is rideable. Follows the ridge for half of the trail, and this is where you get some exposure. The views area amazing though. The descent from the ridge back to the trail head if ridden west to east is moderately technical and rocky or can be a tough climb riding east to west. Trail can be ridden either direction, but expect some climbing both ways. Good as a stand alone ride or combine with any of the other trails to get some more miles in.

Challenging fun climb leading into a nice long fun DH on Hawkeye. Exposed with great views. It wasn’t easy but I’m glad I did this.

Climbing this segment is a fun challenge with only one hike a bike, immediately before the Hawkeye intersection. Everything else goes. Different strokes for different folks.

You would never want to ride this trash in the direction that they showed it from the green to the red. It would be just awful. It's so sharp Rock techy. Riding it the other way was bearable but not for anybody not advanced. But just super chunky Rocky everywhere. Not one I would tell my friends about unless I hated them.....

Climbing this can be a bit of a pain with the loose and sharp rock. A couple of punchy sections but nothing too bad until you get close to the top. You will have to hike a bike up to the peak. I can't remember where this section of Mack ends but after you get to the top you will have some areas where you are really exposed so keep that in mind if you have issues with heights as you go further out on Mack. Views are amazing once on top. Really worth the climb.

If the drop in at the top goes, it’s double black. The rest is more like blue (downhill at least)
