Riding up this trail is even easier than riding up the road. The trail is most uphill, but the descending bits allow your heart rate and muscles to recover.

Easy way to summit Mount Coot-tha. Easier than going up to Channel Nine

A great trail for pretending you're not puffed when you pedal past attractive walkers. Make your greetings elaborate to highlight this fact. Quote Shakespeare. Farewell them in French.
