Manorville Hills is one of the more challenging trails on Long Island. There are no flat sections here, only hills, hills, and more hills. The climbs aren't long, and there are some great flowy downhill bits too, but you'll get a good cardio workout here.
Please note that the first/last 2 miles are 2-way, with a 9 mile one-way loop after that, for a total of 13 miles. If you feel that you're in over your head at the end of the 2-way section, simply turn around and head back to the trail head.
