A lot of trail runners and hikers here. The trail is mostly smooth and wide with a few spots where the center is a bit washed out. But really easy flowing ride. Smooth enough to ride cyclcross bike on, but going down hill would be a pretty loose. as there are some fairly steep sections with gravely turns.

The description of “an easy flowing ride” is very misleading. This ride description should read, a lot of steep uphill, gravelly and loose rock.Fun downhill after grinding uphill for 4 miles. INTERMEDIATE LEVEL. Def not GREEN and easy flowing. Puh

wide open with plenty of climbing regardless of your direction.

As others have said, no very challenging with obstacles, but definitely a great workout and a fun trip back down! And the view is worth it!

Not a technical ride at all. If you’re looking for a thrill, you may want to skip this one. You’ll get a decent workout, since it’s pretty hilly.

We are out of Pasadena, CA. and wanted a good workout before New Years Eve, without the technical part. Enjoyed the ride a lot. Nice uphill workout, with nice flowing return.
