This non-motorized trail provides alternate access to Twelvemile Meadow from Porcupine Spring Trail 059/Trail 102. Don't have a shuttle vehicle? You can use this trail for some challenging backcountry loop rides. Routefinding can be a challenge in a few of the meadow sections, so be sure to keep Trailforks handy.

From the bottom, the trail starts out on closed Forest Road 224-A, which has fully transformed into a nice, gentle singletrack trail through the new growth. The trail leaves this old road bed after 1.5 miles and climbs, steeply in places, through forests and meadows. Much of the trail follows a fence line, with the current route staying east of the fence until the last 500 feet.

Deadfall is a constant issue on this trail. This trail is primarily used by mountain bikers and horsemen, with occasional motorized use by the grazing permittee to maintain the fence. This trail is located within the Twelvemile Grazing allotment - expect cows in August and September.

This trail is unsanctioned.

The eastern half of the meadow connector is cleared of downfall. 5/28/2018. This is from where you leave the fence down to the 102 trail. The 102 trail is clear from the intersection down.
