The trail starts when you cross a long wide bridge over a creek. The trail climbs approximately 200 m through a series of switchbacks until you reach a junction near the top. Half way up you pass the "Back in Black" exit to the right. At the top, head to the right to follow a circle route back to the junction. This circle route is rooty and has a long half-log section which is very safe to ride. The downhill back to the bridge is fast and flowy, containing lots of switchbacks. This is a popular trail so watch for cyclists climbing.
