Metal Circus is a mostly downhill trail starting at the top of the rail bridge and ending at the East Don trail. It begins with a small bridge over a gully, then there's a log-roll that takes you under the bridge, then the trail follows beside the bridge to the bottom of the hill.

If you ride Over the Rainbow out and back as a loop, it will connect you to the start of Metal Circus.
