Middle Line is partly under construction as some segments have grown in from neglect. As of 7/2019, the trail detours in places to the Vineyard Golf cart access road. The trail is single track while the VG road is dirt DT. To the west it crosses Pennywise Preserve while to the east it connects with Pennywise Road.

No parking at either end. Hike/bike access from Pennywise Preserve to the west and Pennywise Road to the East.
