Middle Sister is one of Vietnam's most under-rated Trails. It is certainly the best way to get from the Adams Street side to the Nemba Land up on Rocky Hill. It is a fun, technical trail with many modestly challenging obstacles, rock features, and ups and downs. this trail is suitable for all levels of riders, from confident beginners to experts. Vietnam at its best When you access Middle Sister via Cross Cut, you can turn left or right onto Middle Sister. Both directions are moderately technical. Left takes you to the Lower end of The Main Trail while Right takes you to Condo Rock and up the hill beyond to where it joins with the upper end of Three Sisters and The Main Trail. This end is a solid climb. Just before Condo Rock you can turn right onto the NEMBA Trail and just after Condo Rock you can turn left onto B Bypass to take you up to the middle of Three Sisters. A little further up you can turn Right onto the Charles River Trail, and if you keep on straight up it connects to the upper end of Three Sisters. If you want to go to the Nemba Land on top of Rocky Ridge from this end, this is the best way to go.

Access Info

From the Adams street parking area, follow the Adams Lot Trail, onto Town Forest Trail, past the skinny at the Tonto Turnoff, over the skinny bridge, left onto Cross Cut. When you get to Middle Sister, you can go left or right. Left takes you to The Main Trail which in turn takes you up to the Nemba Way. If you turn right it takes you to the bottom of several climbing trails below the Nemba Land. Middle Sister eventually connects with the upper end of Three Sisters and The Main Trail.
