Meh. The berms at the beginning are overkill and annoying. The bottoms of the last few berms are soft sand which makes it not so fun. There are a lot of pavers and a really cool wooden ramp. This was marketed as a flow trail, and it definitely is not a flow trail. There is quite a bit of climbing under the gondola but it isn't too bad. The trail is very, very sandy, perhaps more sandy than most of the trails.

The trail ends at Upper Richter (black diamond) which is much rockier and gnarlier than Lower Richter, or, you can continue on Midtown which dumps you off at Kamikaze. A very bizarre way to end an Intermediate trail that is meant for beginners to level up.

Midtown has potential once the trail firms up.
