Lots of berms have had sections hacked out to allow drainage, making most next to useless and some down right dangerous to take at speed. Some of them have been dug right into the middle of the track, which will cause erosion in the middle of turns next time it rains.

 G’day Mario
Hope you enjoyed your ride. There are only about 5 or 6 berms at the Sawmill we’ve deliberately built and these should all be fine. I think some of the places to which you may be referring are sections that were heavily rutted due to motorbikes. In those areas we’ve had a choice between drained and sustainable off camber turns versus barely rideable deep muddy ruts. A lot of those sections are also armoured underneath and drain really well without eroding.
If you live locally I’m happy to show you around and give you more insights into the trail work that goes on at the Sawmill.
Cheers

Noting that Morbidmario is located in Coffs, we'd really love to have you on board and part of the Coffs Club. We are planning a great year with racing and lots of social events etc as well of course as working bees etc. The more the merrier. Thanks @morbidmario for getting in touch!
