An old trail that has seen some improvements with the re-built Johnny's Trail. It is the easiest approach to the Montane. It starts from where Meander changes from quad track to single track (signpost) by continuing along the quad track 100m to a clearing. It takes the single track to the left and climbs slowly and continuously to Johnny's trail.
