Fun flowy descent from Morton peak. Very minimal amount of climbing on the trail. Trail signs are posted that signal most switch-back turns, which is good because there are some high speed sections. One of the best trails in the area! There is very little traffic on the trail. Very rarely there will be pedestrians and equestrians.
Off HWY 38, a couple miles up from the ranger station (Bryant St intersection) is Warm Springs Truck Rd. Take the fir road up a mile to the first gate. Its sometimes locked so cant shuttle past this point. Another mile up the fire road, the single track starts off to the left. There is a small trail sign and a bench just at the beginning of the trail.
