The Mountaintown Creek Trail is a remote backcountry single track. This is a classic North Georgia ride. Get ready to cross a lot of streams on this trail, some over bottom bracket heights and too deep and long to ride through at certain times of the year. The top mile is a fast descent to the creek on an old doubletrack, the middle section keeps you along the creek and offers up a couple steep, technical and chunky downhills, and the last couple miles are mostly flat and ford the creek a few more times.
