This trail joins the top of Mitchell Creek Trail with the top of Lower Mystery Trail. It is a tight and turny trail that utilizes a series of old and overgrown forestry roads. It is one of the local favorite loops because it gives riders a line across the top of the hills and can be accessed by climbing Tower Trail, Mitchell Creek Trail, Beaver Creek Trail, and Horseshoe Canyon Trail. This trail can be used in conjunction with Lower Mystery Trail as a turn around loop if you are coming from Mitchell Creek Trail and wish to go back that way. Or if you are climbing up, you can use Lower Mystery Trail to avoid the last ugly climb. If you do take the last climb on Upper Mystery Trail, it rewards you with a fun, flowy ride.

Dry with sections of snow 5 trees down one of which is large and hanging in the air precariously. Wouldn't recommend going under it.
