Machine built by in 2021 thanks to a Recreational Trails Program grant secured and administered by the Shenandoah Valley Bicycle Coalition, the relocation of the Narrowback "West" Trail adds two miles of machine built trail to the Narrowback system and provides and all-trail connection from the Wolf Ridge (37Cool Trail Parking Lot up to the top of Narrowback Mountain.

Narrowback West provides great trail connectivity from the Wolf Ridge (37Cool Trail parking lot to the main intersection on top of Narrowback Mountain. At the top of Narrowback, this trail joins the Tower Trail, Festival Trail, and Narrowback Trail while also providing a connection the "Dog Graveyard" road.
