Nature Trail Details
This trail is developed and maintained by the park as their walking trail. This trail is not typically ridden as a whole, but short segments are used as connectors between other trails. Riders should be alert for frequent encounters with foot traffic and dogs, so yield accordingly.
Except for some short isolated segments, this trail is a wider doubletrack looping the park. It can be accessed from the park entrance road, at numerous interconnections/crossovers with the singletrack trails or from a spur trail (also not built by LHORBA) that extends outward from the pavilion area, repeatedly crossing the Intermediate Loop.
Grades are generally easy, with the steepest section located just east of the BMX track.
