The New York Creek Nature Trail was always designated as pedestrian only since November 19, 1987. The CSD Board of Directors voted on August 10, 2017 to enforce the trail as pedestrian only from Falkirk Way (0.15 miles north of the power line bike trail) to the bridge crossing to Francisco Drive due to that part of the trail being too narrow to share with pedestrians and crossing 9 private properties who bought on the pretense of it being a pedestrian only trail. Cyclists may exit unto Falkirk Way, left on Keswick Drive, left on Fairchild Drive, and left on Brackenwood Place to catch trail across bridge to Francisco Drive just past 3036 Brackenwood Place. In Fall 2018, a bridge will be added for the power line bike trail to cross over to Tam O'Shanter Drive, and left on Pendleton Drive to Francisco Drive.

I read that the no bike rule came from a regulation that the city does not have on record. Is your name Eric?
