Ninja Cow Details
An elevation conserving shortcut that cuts out the final climb up the west end of Sulfur Springs, using a lightly improved, long established existing cattle trail. Combined with riding Riverview and Sulfur up from Hwy 66, it works well as a moderate route to access Pnuema from Ings Mine trailhead. The name comes from the black cattle that frequent the meadows along this "sneak route".
Look for a faint trail in grass to left, at the seventh corner up Sulfur from the junction with Elbow Valley trail. As of August 17, 2017- the first 50 m is getting overgrown in the tall grass, but is easy to follow.
