This would be a wonderful scenic trail to run or hike, but as a bike trail it’s not particularly fun or interesting. The first part is a bit stout for a green rating - rock features, roots, exposure.

The first mile is definitely not a beginner trail. The poison oak is horrendous. After the first bit, it mellows out and is a great green trail.

Be prepared to dodge poison oak. Given the exposure and technical features this is more like a blue than a green (if you're riding with beginners).

This trail is a popular easy MTB trail. Great swimming. Poorly maintained.

This is not Middle Fork, this is North Fork. Middle Fork is a BIG 30+ mile trail with above treeline peak options.
