Popular hiking and biking trail in Vail. Best ridden from East to West as a full ride. Used as a connector from Buffehr Creek to create a loop.

Climbs up from the Red Sandstone Rd trailhead, followed by a washed out down, cross the creek, and then start heading back up. Steep but fun climb and gets better once you hit the aspens. The top of the climb offers some great views of Vail. Downhill is tight, fun, and fast. The last section is a bit washed out but the VVMBA plans to totally reroute this in the summer of 2019.

Once you hit the Davos doubletrack, head right and uphill for about .5 miles for some bonus singletrack coming down to the Frontage Rd.

This trail is subject to a USFS seasonal wildlife closure from 4/15 - 6/20 to protect deer and elk during calving season
