This is described as the 'best singletrack in the world' in the 'Alps Mountain Biking' book by Steve Mallett. Personally I don't think it's that good, but it is pretty good and worth the hike. The book is ok, but frankly the maps are shockingly back. This trail is mixture of open and in the trees - nothing too techy, but has some rocky bits that may catch some out. Nice and flowy.

Dreamy trail, really fast and flowy. Couple of stumps and rocks here and there, but nothing scary when riding on sight. Also quite popular with hikers.

The trail is okay. Nothing special. Approach to the lago 7 colori on the backside is really nice though. Seems like the tourism office bought some good reviews in bike books. Otherwise i cant explain how this trail ends up in the 40 best trails of the alps guide…
