Predominately graded fire trail with some rocky single track, a short sharp climb and drop with A and B lines toward the end. Shared trail with walkers, watch out as it's possible to carry some speed on various sections of this trail.
Council have now signed no cycling on the playground->scout hall->car park->tennis court exit. Head right onto Nemesis to avoid all of this entirely, improve safety for pedestrians and children, and for a better ride.
