A down hill track in Oak Wood (surprise!) within Tehidy Woods. There are some root sections, a rock garden, some jump-able roost/step downs and a small drop off at the end. You do not need to be into jumping for this, it is a down hill trail. Just watch out for the drop off at the end as there is not much room to make the left turn, many have ended up in the trees as a result of too much speed! It links well with the Three Bears and Table Top. It does get wet in the winter, but is still ride-able and fun! It is also a Strava section known as Oak Wood 3.

A good, fun trial. Links well with some others and fairly well known by locals. Currently dry and quick.

Further to my last, I hope to add a little detour to the end of the trail. I plan to take it down a slightly different route through the trees where I can build in a jump or two for those who feel the urge! I will keep you posted, when I get the time!

Dry and clear, but the plants are high and bushy - so not easy to see down the trail.

All fine and dry, still quite overgrown - but it's that time of year!

Wet but running well. BUT, after the final little drop off at the end there is a HUGE TREE down, right across the trail. Hit the breaks quickly! It will take a fair bit of clearing.

Very wet, but still riding well - it can take a lot of water. A good fun run today.

Super wet, wettest I have seen it. Still need to get to grips with the new layout after the tree felling work there.

A little sticky in places, but running ok. Plenty of tracks up there so others must be back in there too. One dog walker standing in the middle of the trail on their phone, not moving! Had to head through the trees to avoid! It was a little more fun though!

Good today, mostly dry and running quite quick. Getting used to the new look after the loggers.

Riding well today, starting to get to grips with it again. Lots of fun! The only trouble is some idiot has placed a couple of logs across the bottom of the dip about half the way down. Easy enough to get over, but worth being aware of it!
