       Counter to that, I find this the most enjoyable portion of the climb. It's in the forest and out of the hot sun. The single track is challenging and breaks up the rather dull straight up the road climb. I wish BW would make the entire climb just like this, good for the legs and the soul. That would be a ride!!

       The best part of the climb. loamy dirt and out of the sun. You don't need to hike a bike like you do for a few sections of the fire road.
