Over The Rainbow takes you across a ridge above the East Don Trail, ending at a field above the Rainbow Tunnel (thus, Over the Rainbow). In some sections the trail is ridden in both directions and in some sections there are dedicated routes. In general, take any fork to the left and you'll be fine.
