Panorama is a two-way traffic and shared use trail with hikers that traverses the south and east sides of Tannery Knobs. The trail is characterized by fun rocky sections and tight, un-bermed turns. This trail can also be used to create an intermediate level (blue) loop when combined with Mountain Express. To ride that respective loop, you must begin by descending Mountain Express and finish with a gradual climb back up Panorama because Mountain Express is one-way only.

From the trailhead, the trail begins with a chunky rock armored downhill section that starts you off with a big grin. This section is one of the rockiest sections you'll find along this path. Be sure to check your line of sight prior to taking off down the trail first since trail users may be coming up in the opposite direction. From there, the trail descends down to the lower front side of the knobs using some slow speed switchbacks. Along the way, you'll find a couple of breaks in the treeline that open to some great photo opportunities.

After stopping to snap a picture or two, the trail continues down and passes two different rocky sections with different line options. Towards the end of the trail, Cumberland Braaps feeds into the trail, but you have the right of way from those who have not yet entered the trail. The trail wraps around the east side of the Knobs and sends you down the last section which is straight and fast. You'll finish at the bottom of Chairlift.

Like all the trails at Tannery Knobs, you'll see trail qualifiers within the first one hundred yards of each trail. Trail qualifiers give riders a glimpse of what to expect on the respective trail so they know what you are getting yourself into from the start.
