This track is a tour of most of the hardest sections of the Parco Regionale Urbano Pineto in Rome. The track starts at the gate entrance on Via Vittorio Montiglio, close to a parking lot and a church and includes popular sections called Sughereta, Terrazze and many other small technical sections.

Important note:
You can find many chicken lines to avoid drops, jumps, steep descents (and ascents) and rocky sections. I labeled the trail as Intermediate / Blue Square label, but be warned this is probably a Very Difficult / Black Diamond trail when is done in the hard way.

The trail is a bit overgrown with vegetation, probably from the lockdown and no one riding it. There are a lot of fun spots to ride on this trail. Lots of technical sections with great drops over roots and rocks, fun swooping turns in tight washouts, stream crossings and steeps. If you're a tourist like me and need a great bike for this trail, Topbike by the Coliseum rented me a full carbon, full suspension Cannondale 29er for 45 euros a day. They have really nice road bikes there too.
