Sentiero molto impegnativo con tantissimi passaggi su rocce di grandi dimensioni. Evitare assolutamente in caso di pioggia o fondo umido. Tutto il sentiero è un lungo rock garden con alcuni tratti su terra che permettono di rifiatare un po'. Il sentiero comincia al faro di Montoso (monumento ai Caduti, sul cucuzzolo dietro la prima piazza che si incontra salendo da Bagnolo).

Scendendo il sentiero è segnato con 2 colori:
seguire vernicie fucsia per la traccia originale con tutti i passaggi più impegnativi
seguire vernicie gialla per evitare alcuni passaggi impegnativi in favore di tratti (leggermente) più flow
