Il sentiero è stato completamente lavorato con mezzi movimento terra e trasformato in un (quasi) perfetto flow trail.
In discesa in MTB adesso ha un bel ritmo, ma prestare grande attenzione agli escursionisti a piedi che, soprattutto il sabato e la domenica, salgono alla Cassinelli.

In seguito ai lavori sono state "rimosse" tutte quelle caratteristiche come rocce o radici che prima lo rendevano molto più tecnico.

In discesa, sia a piedi che in bicicletta, prestare attenzione nell'ultimo terzo di sentiero in quanto i lavori hanno reso il sentiero più pendente e conseguentemente più sdrucciolevole.
