Most of this trail is flat by the river, but (coming south from Mckeldin) there is one bummer of a climb and one sick downhill. At the bottom of the DH is a nice rock garden with a little rock garden to the left if you can see it. Definitely recommend going South, in the portion of trail North of Woodstock Rd.
