Pretty dry, sand is not very deep, but there are lots of holes from horses on the trail. The berms are mostly just deep ruts now. Very bumpy ride

Just a heads up, I would not call this a green trail. Certainly some sections are mellow but there are two or three sections that are steep, with rocks / ruts, and cliff waiting for you on the downhill side of the trail. Just don;t want someone unprepared to get hurt thinking this is a mellow roller.

Trails are beginner/intermediate however, you have to be okay biking single track and on your left/right is a steep hill. There are some steep and techy sections, some switch backs.

Not a green! Very steep sandy sections, the berms are ruts, and some parts of the trail are half missing.
