Between 1995 & 2005 it was in better condition (more soil). Gradually the MX motorbikes destroyed some parts, as the rocky part just after the wooden table, after passing Anthousa tower.
Before 2005 the trail line was at the right side of the rocky part (external side of the trail). Gradually a second line was created, some rocks moved, some trees cut and the new line was ready!
Similar even lower at the trail, at the various “challenging passes” rocks were moved too, widening the trail.
Now at these places, except the large rocky section after the medieval tower, the trail is ready to collapse!
Anyway, still a great trail to ride, especially to climb it. Sadly only few do it (climb) these days...
