IT: sentiero naturale. La prima parte attraversa il bosco: il terreno è compatto e ricco di grip, e ci sono molti tornanti e curve strette. Nella seconda parte il terreno diventa secco e roccioso, e il sentiero è esposto in alcuni tratti. Si può visitare il ponte-acquedotto romano risalente all'anno 3 A.C.: il sentiero ci passa accanto.

EN: natural trail. The first part runs through the forest: the ground is compact and full of grip, and there are many switchbacks and slow turns. In the second part the terrain becomes dry and rocky and the trail is exposed in some places. You can visit the Roman aqueduct-bridge, built in the year 3 BC: the trail is netx to it.
