Beautiful mellow backcountry alpine singletrack with extensive views of the Missoula valley, Bitterroot Range, and Mission Mountains.

Access Info

The easiest access to take the Petty Creek exit from Highway 90 near Alberton, MT. Then take the Southside Road to US Forest Service Road #5563. Follow road #5563 to the parking area for the Petty Mountain Trail.

The trail can also be accessed from Blue Mountain by riding the Grave Creek Growler jeep road.

       No water. 20ish down trees. Good amount of hike a bike. Views were awesome tho!
