This trail is a downhill racer's dream. The upper sections of this trail compromise of more loomy natural features with roots and rocks a plenty. There are a couple boardwalked log rides with small drops from 1ft -3ft on the upper sections. After you cross 2 FS roads the 3rd section becomes much faster with a few high speed jumps and loose berms. Most riders would consider this a blue trail but it's officially rated as a black due to larger features that are present.
Access Info
Head up bootleg FSR (located off St Mary's lake Rd). Follow the road until the yellow gate (make sure you continue straight at around 3km Mark NOT taking the boot ridge branch). At yellow gate take a switchback left up the mountain continue on up the road for a cpl km (passing the branch C FSR on your right) once you see the first FS road to your left park here and you will see the entrance to the trail drop down to the left hand side. The bottom of the trail comes out at around the 1km mark for the shuttle pick up.
