Alternate route from Chickamin Tie to Mad Lake area. From Chickamin tie, climbs steadily to ridgetop, then descends back to Mad River trail. From the Mad River trail, climbs to ridgeline, and then a long descent into the Chickamin Tie trail which continues to descend.
