Prästaskogen återfinns längs med E65an mellan Svedala och Skurup, slingorna går i trevlig bokskog med ett par utförslöpor samt några korta men utmanande klättringar. Ungefär halvvägs in på slingan går det att ge sig ut på en loop som ger ytterligare höjdmeter både utför och uppför. Den avslutas på grusvägen i norra delen av reservatet, som man sedan följer tillbaka till parkeringen.
