Pyramid Creek Trail is an old mining trail that leads into the alpine. You can form a loop by going up one of the forks and then back on the other. There can be significant blowdown after the winter and the trail usually gets cleared sometime in the middle of June.
Access Info
Drive up the road for about 600m and park at the switchback. Note that this is up from the original entrance on St Mary's Lake road that was changed after recent logging.
