R.I.P is a bi-directional trail starting at the Water Tanks above Homer Folks Job Corps campus, and ending at the north end of Strawberry Fields. It intersects Over Easy and Black Coffee and is a local favorite in both directions.

Starting at the top the first half is relatively flat, smooth and twisty with some rollers that offer a fun rhythm section. After the big log roll-over you begin the descent, which has more roots and rocks, with several off-camber turns. After the traverse under the cliff advanced riders have a couple opportunities for airtime with an optional step-down and a rock drop before the slight climb out to Strawberry Fields. Climbing RIP is a great challenge for those who like a bit of technical climb.

From SUNY Oneonta/West Street/Job Corps Academy: climb the fire road from Homer Folks Job Corps Academy campus. all the way to the water tanks. Upon arriving at water tanks, RIP is on your left, marked by a slab of rock painted RIP. From Hartwick College: ride to the north end of Strawberry Fields on main truck track. Look to the right, and RIP will be marked by a large slab of rock painted RIP.
